SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices include free shipping.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post Parcel Post in cardboard postal tubes.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for printing and shipping.

RETURNS POLICY
QUALITY GUARANTEE
You may be entitled to a refund if the item purchased is:
(a) Faulty, damaged or bearing defects
(b) Not ‘of merchantable quality’ meaning not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, keeping in mind the item description and price.
And you return the item within 14 days of receiving the item with proof of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and we reserve the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause the fault in the item.
CHANGE OF MIND
As prints are made to order, refunds are not made based on change of mind.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges can be made based on the ‘quality guarantee’ policy, but not for change of mind.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
Please contact georgialoxtonknight@gmail.com to arrange your refund. Once approved, it is recommended that the item be shipped with a trackable service in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
Your refund will processed upon receiving the item and you will receive a confirmation email.
